Centerstone Property Management

Centerstone Property Management has been in business for 30 years in San Francisco and at the same location for 25 years.  We currently manage 55 buildings, approximately 550 units, primarily in San Francisco, Alameda and Novato.  We primarily deal with investors in the buying, selling and management of apartment buildings in San Francisco.  The properties that we manage vary from single family homes, individual condos, as well as condo association, 6-30 unit apartments, residentila hotels.  The company has 5 staff members; two in accounting, one for leasing of vacancies, a property management supervisor and my assistant.  We work together with the tenant and the owner to assure the owner of a successful investment and preservation of the property.
